Project Description

This ramp was literally falling apart when we were called in to save the day. The original ramp was painted in blue – the first four photos are the before shots, and the remainder of the photos are the after shots. We engineered this ramp using galvanized steel channels and supports, over which an aluminum dimple-channel walkway was laid. We laid an isolating fabric in between the galvanized steel and aluminum for longevity and corrosion protection. The handrails were made from stainless steel tubes and the whole thing is supported by concrete pads under the support posts and Hilti epoxy anchors into the side of the existing building.
